Abstracts describing current practice, education, and research in clinical pharmacy representing over 30 countries have been accepted for presentation at the 2015 ACCP Global Conference on Clinical Pharmacy. These abstracts highlight current issues in each of the following categories: Clinical Pharmacy Forum; International Clinical Pharmacy Education and Training; International Clinical Pharmacy Practice; and Original Research.
