Continuing Education Credit

The American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as providers of continuing pharmacy education. The 2009 Oncology Pharmacy Preparatory Review Course will provide up to 20.0 contact hours of continuing education credit.

Registrants who successfully complete the review course will earn 20.0 contact hours of continuing education pharmacy credit. Attendees must log on to www.accp.com to claim their continuing pharmacy education credit and to print their statements of credit. The Universal Activity Number for this activity is 217-999-09-071-L01-P

BCOP Recertification Credit

Attendees who successfully complete the review course, and who successfully pass the BCOP recertification credit post test will earn 28.0 contact hours of BCOP recertification credit. Statements of recertification credit will be available to attendee’s for print or download on www.accp.com approximately 30 days after successful completion of the posttest.
