Registration

The early registration fee for this course is $385 for ACCP, ASHP, and HOPA members and $565 for nonmembers if registered by April 7, 2008. Registration is limited to 235 attendees. The registration fee includes handout materials, beverage breaks, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Cancellations and Refunds

An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all registration fees cancelled before April 14, 2008. Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to ACCP [fax: (913) 492-0088]. Registration fees cannot be refunded for cancellations received on or after April 14, 2008.
