Cancellation Policy: There is no penalty for cancellation, and your deposit will be credited back if the reservation is canceled on or before
March 4, 2008. If, for any reason, the reservation is canceled after March 4, 2008, the entire deposit will be nonrefundable.
Early Departure Fee: One night’s room rate and taxes.
High Speed Internet Prices: Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel at a charge of $12.27 (tax inclusive) per 24 hour period
per device. There is a UPS Store located in the hotel lobby that offers high speed digital Internet access for $15.00 per hour or $.50 per minute with a
minimum charge of $3.00.

Hotel Parking Prices: (subject to change without notice)
Hotel guests park in the city-owned Regency Parking Garage which is located on the South side of the hotel on the corner of 2nd Street and Adams Street.
Hotel guests can charge parking to their room for $16.00 per day self-parking overnight with in and out privileges. The parking garage has a clearance of 6
feet 3 inches.

Each additional hour of parking is $1.00. Maximum rate is $23.00. Hotel guest overnight valet parking is $23.00.
Oversized Vehicles:
There are a limited number of curbside (parking meter) spots along the back of the hotel. Spaces are first come, first served.
Convention Center Information
Directions Into the Phoenix Convention Center Parking Facility: ACCP meeting attendees that want to park in the Phoenix Convention Center parking garage
(local attendees) need to make sure they are in the West Building parking garage. The West Building parking garage is located East of the Hyatt on the Southeast
corner of 2nd Street and Monroe Street.
Phoenix Convention Center Parking Prices: (subject to change without notice) $10.00 per day with no in and out privileges
Internet Access: ACCP is providing a complimentary Cyber Café for meeting attendees. The 12 unit Cyber Café will be located in room 101 of the Phoenix
