EARLY registration deadline is February 22, 2008. LATE registration deadline is March 21, 2008. ONSITE regsitration fees apply if registration is received after March 21, 2008. Registration fees CANNOT be refunded for cancellations received on or after March 21, 2008.

Full registration includes Opening Reception, meeting sessions, course syllabi, CE credit. One-day registration includes activities for specific day, course syllai, CE credit.
