Student Pharmacists Assist High-Risk Individuals Amid COVID-19 Lockdown

Pharmacy students at Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at UC San Diego are providing free grocery delivery to high-risk individuals in the San Diego area. Second-year Pharm.D. student Monica Sliwa, her sister, Milano Sliwa, and classmate Afrooz Sabouri are leading the charge and organizing volunteers to participate in this community outreach initiative.
