ACCP is pleased to present this Web-based series, ACCP Model Practices in Patient Care, Education, and Research. The purpose of the series is to describe and disseminate model practices of ACCP members that have impact on clinical care, education, and research while also stimulating innovation and advancement in these areas of clinical pharmacy.
