The Residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration/M.H.A. at the University of Washington provides 26 months of training centered on the principles of leadership and management. The program combines academic studies in the UW School of Public Health and Community Medicine with training in health-system pharmacy administration. Residents work with nationally recognized pharmacy practitioners and administrators in the planning, implementation and evaluation of new and innovative pharmacy services. Additionally, residents will be concurrently enrolled in the UW Executive Master of Health Administration program and will complete research in an area of interest under the direction of a UW Medicine Administrator.
