When you click on the "Add" or "View Cart" buttons on any of our bookstore pages, you will be taken to the "View Cart" screen shown to the left.
To receive member prices, select "Y" in the drop down box and click the "Enter" button. An input box after the title, "Member ID:", will appear. Type in your ACCP member ID number and click on the "Confirm" button. The value of the total member discount for this order will be displayed after the "Members Save:" row.
If you do not specify, you will be prompted for information necessary to process your order, such as quantity, size, etc.
If you do not wish to use online credit card processing, you can click the "Print Off" button on the bottom right and print and Fax or mail the order to ACCP along with payment information.
For payment, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
When you complete the information on this screen, click the "Check Out" button.

This screen is used to gather your credit card, billing, and shipping information.
Double check to see if your shipping cost and member discount are appropiate.
If you wish the shipping informtion to match the billing information check the box, "Same as above".
If CE Credit is involved, the shipping information needs to contain the person who will receive the CE Credit.
When you complete the information on this screen, click the "Preview Order" button.

This page allows you to preview your order before processing the credit card payment. If you find an error, click the "back" button on your browser, correct it, and click the "Preview Order" button again.
When you complete the information on this screen, click the "Process Credit Card" button. Please be patient, and do not click this button more than once or it may create a duplicate order.
If there is a problem processing the credit card you will receive an error message on the screen. The message will be self-explanitory and is likely a mistyped credit card number or expiration date.

When the credit card transaction has successfully completed, you will receive a screen just like the one to the left.
In addition, an e-mail receipt will be sent to the address you placed on the order during the "Check Out" phase. |
