Position Description
The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center, the leading pediatric health care center in Oklahoma, is the state's only comprehensive children's hospital and children's clinic, and is home to Oklahoma's only children's emergency department. We have the largest children's physicians group and specialists group dedicated to pediatric health in the state. The Children’s Hospital located in the heart of Oklahoma City, just minutes from the beautiful Bricktown and Midtown areas and the State Capital.

The pediatric clinical specialist’s responsibilities will be providing comprehensive pharmacy care for pediatric oncology patients. This includes but is not limited to participating in daily interdisciplinary rounds, developing drug therapy protocols, participating in Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, coordinating quality assurance audits, and conducting drug utilization reviews.

Qualified candidates must have a Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited institution with a PGY2 residency , fellowship or equivalent experience in pediatrics. Board certification is preferred.
