The University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy is seeking a bold, collaborative leader for the role of
Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems (PCHS). The selected individual will lead
a dynamic department that blends nationally recognized expertise across the disciplines of clinical pharmacy practice, social and administrative pharmacy, scholarship of teaching and learning, and health economics and informatics.

Desired candidates will have evidence of strong leadership skills and scholarly record, including success in leading teams, garnering extramural funding, producing nationally recognized scholarly works, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and educate.

Required qualifications include:
• Earned doctorate level degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D., Ph.D. or equivalent).
• Expertise in the pharmacy profession and a discipline relevant to the scholarly focus areas of the Department, including but not limited to Social and Administrative Pharmacy, Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Public Health, Implementation or Data Sciences, and Health Policy.
• Eligible for the rank of Associate Professor or Professor with tenure in the Department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems.
