  • ACCP Group Room Rates: (not including taxes or any meals) (the nightly mandatory urban destination fee has been waived for rooms booked within the ACCP room block). Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is Noon.

  • Hotel Reservation Cutoff Date: 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 27, 2019
  • Deposit: One night’s room rate and taxes
  • Early Departure Fee: One night’s room rate and taxes
  • Late Departure Fee: One night’s room rate and taxes
  • Cancellation Policy:
    There is no penalty for cancellation, and your deposit will be credited back, if your reservation is cancelled on or before September 27, 2019. If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled after September 27, 2019 the entire deposit will be nonrefundable.

Hotel Location Information

The New York Hilton Midtown is located on Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) between West 53rd and West 54th streets. 53rd Street is westbound and 54th Street is eastbound. LaGuardia Airport is 8 miles, JFK Airport is 17 miles, Newark Airport is 15 miles, Grand Central Station is 15 minutes across town, Penn Station is 15 minutes downtown, and the Port Authority is 10 minutes downtown from the hotel.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless high-speed Internet access is complimentary in guestrooms for ACCP meeting attendees who book within the ACCP group block. Meeting attendees will also have complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access in all other areas of the hotel, including the educational session rooms.

Fitness Center

The newly renovated fitness facility, which includes cardiovascular and strength equipment, is located on the 5th floor of the hotel. The fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day and is complimentary to all hotel guests only. Guests may use their room key to gain entrance.

Business Center

Business center hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., Satuday and Sunday from 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours, the business center is fully automated and can be accessed by hotel guests via their room key.

Meditation and Prayer Room

ACCP will provide a room in the New York Hilton Midtown for meeting attendees to use as a meditation and prayer room. The purpose of this room is to allow people of all faiths, religions, and spirituality to have a sanctuary to retreat to during conference hours. Of note, however, users of this room will be from many culturally diverse backgrounds. Take care, therefore, to be aware of the religious sensibilities of others, which may differ from your own.

Nursing Mother's Room

ACCP will provide a room in the New York Hilton Midtown for meeting attendees wanting a more private place to nurse during daytime conference hours. Please visit the ACCP Registration Desk for more information.
