The Practice of Clinical Pharmacy and the medical literature are always evolving. This session is dedicated to addressing late breaking new issues and medical information vital to the Practice of Pharmacy. The goals are to prepare attendees to identify new and emerging clinical data or patient care trends that affect current/future pharmacotherapy and/or health care outcomes, and recognize limitations and/or controversies associated with these late-breaking data.
