This program will identify novel approaches to teaching pharmacy trainees key skills and discuss methods to successfully integrate these practices with implementation science. The goal for this program is to explore implementation of novel teaching methods using fundamentals from implementation science to advance the training of future pharmacists.
Learning Objectives1. Compare the learning styles of student pharmacists across generations.
2. Assess optimal teaching and communication strategies for different generational learning styles.
3. Design innovative learning experiences targeted for Gen Z student pharmacists.
4. Construct novel and engaging activities to teach critical literature evaluation skills.
