Monday, October 14, 2024 from 1:15 PM to 3:15 PM MST at Convention Center North Building / Meeting Room 129
Available for 2.00 hours of CPE creditActivity Number: 0217-0000-24-201-L99-PActivity Type: A Knowledge-Based ActivityWithout understanding the core motivators of those you are working closely with, having a high-performing team can prove to be difficult. This is especially true in a teacher-learner relationship where understanding an individual’s personality, motivators, and fears is essential to establishing a positive learning environment. Personality tools assist in the analysis of such motivators and personality types. This session explores the use of the Enneagram in developing positive teacher-learner relationships.
Please take the free Enneagram assessment at the following link prior to the session: https://www.truity.com/test/enneagram-personality-test-business. After completing the FREE assessment, you will be provided with your Enneagram type (a number between 1-9). Please bring this information to the session. Your Enneagram number is the number you score the highest, even if you have two (or more) numbers that score high. Your “wing” is the number that is adjacent to your highest number. For example, if your highest number is a 3, your “wing” can only be a 2 or a 4, even if your next highest score is a 7. Similarly, if you are a 9, your “wing” can only be a 1 or 8. After receiving your Enneagram type from Truity, there will be an option to purchase your full results as a report, but this additional report is not required or needed for this session.
