"Managing Conflict: Conversations for Effective Communication & Negotiation," is designed to help participants navigate and manage difficult conversations effectively. The program focuses on applying methods of effective dialogue, analyzing various types of difficult conversations, and creating learning conversations that lead to successful negotiation and conflict resolution. Participants will develop skills to improve communication, relationships, and personal health through structured conversation techniques.

This session is open to all meeting registrants and is part of the Leadership and Management Academy.

1. Apply Methods of effective dialogue to navigate conflict.

2. Analyze different types of difficult conversations.

3. Create learning conversations and negotiate agreement.
