The American College of Clinical Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The Universal Activity Number for this activity is 0217-0000-19-142-L04-P for 1.0 contact hour of credit. This is a knowledge-based activity.

To receive continuing education credit, attendees must register for the webinar and successfully log on to the webinar software on June 12, 2019. Statements of credit will be available at CPE Monitor within 3 business days of completing the webinar.

Cancellation Policy
