NIH Publishes COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Update on Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Monoclonal Antibodies

The COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel has published an update to the Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Monoclonal Antibodies of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Treatment Guidelines.
This update provides new information on the in vitro susceptibility of the circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern to the available anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). It also discusses the anticipated clinical activity of the different anti-SARS-CoV-2 mAbs against the Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 subvariants.
