ACCP to Launch New Journal

Pharmacotherapy Publications, Inc. (PPI), ACCP’s corporate journal-publishing unit, will begin publishing ACCP’s second official journal in October 2018. The new journal, Journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (JACCP), will publish papers across the spectrum of clinical pharmacy practice. JACCP will be online only and distributed to ACCP members with no increase in membership dues. Members will also continue to receive monthly issues of Pharmacotherapy, the Journal of Human Pharmacology and Drug Therapy. JACCP will begin taking submissions in January 2018. The new journal will serve as a forum for discussions of clinical pharmacy practice research, education, and training. In addition, JACCP will publish official ACCP position and policy papers and Board of Pharmacy Specialties recertification modules.
