Register Today for the ACCP Patient-Centered Team-Based Practice Forum

Online registration is still available for the Patient-Centered Team-Based Practice Forum at ACCP Updates in Therapeutics® 2018, to be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront hotel in Jacksonville, Florida! ACCP's February meeting will continue to deliver best-in-class specialty certification preparatory review and recertification courses and ACCP Academy programming, now with two scientific poster presentation sessions and a hands-on, interactive series of programs to assist practitioners with developing and/or enhancing their clinical pharmacy services to deliver comprehensive medication management.

The forum will kick off with a compelling keynote delivered by Dennis Wagner, Paul McGann, and Anita Thomas of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and will be facilitated by Dr. Mark Loafman of Cook County Health and Hospitals System. In addition, participants will get a first look at the learnings of the CMM Effectiveness and Implementation Grant study, which will be deployed for use during this engaging forum. Attendees may earn up to 11.5 hours of CPE credit from the forum and up to 2.0 hours of CPE credit from the poster sessions. Complete program information and registration details may be found on the ACCP Updates in Therapeutics® webpage. For maximum savings, register by Friday, January 19.
