Combining live and self-study programming, this practice-based course offers 22.0 contact hours (2.2 CEUs) over a 2-month period. The ACPE-accredited course is designed to enable clinical pharmacists to apply pharmacogenomics to practice. Participants will learn foundational content at their convenience using curated materials, guided exercises, and interactive discussion sessions. Face-to-face interaction with expert faculty during the ACCP Annual Meeting in New York, New York, October 26–27, 2019, will enhance the learning experience and strengthen participants’ confidence. Online access to select advanced topics, application exercises, and interactive video chats will facilitate participants’ command of contemporary and evidence-based pharmacogenomics. The program provides direct interaction with faculty and peers as participants work to develop individual clinical implementation plans.

All 2019 ACCP Annual Meeting registrants are eligible for a 50% discount on the Applied Pharmacogenomics Certificate Program registration rate.
