ACCP is pleased to announce the launch of the Patient-Centered Team-Based Care Forum at the NEW ACCP Updates in Therapeutics^® 2018, to be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront hotel in Jacksonville, Florida. ACCP’s February meeting will continue to deliver best-in-class specialty certification preparatory review and recertification courses and ACCP Academy programming, now with two scientific poster presentations sessions and a hands-on, interactive series of programs to assist practitioners with developing and/or enhancing their clinical pharmacy services to deliver comprehensive medication management.
