There is still time to earn recertification credit before the end of the year. ACCP registers recertification credits with the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) as of the date of test submission. This means that any posttests successfully submitted before midnight (CST) on December 31 will earn 2018 credits.
ACCP has several products currently available for board specialty recertification credit. Many of these products will be available for recertification credit through the first quarter of 2019. Posttests successfully submitted after January 1 will earn 2019 credits. Content and available recertification credit hours for select current ACCP releases are as follows:

BCOP Clinical Sessions

The 2018 BCOP Clinical Sessions consist of two sessions. Session 1 focuses on the prevention and management of cardiovascular complications associated with anticancer therapies. Session 2 concentrates on supporting patients with advanced malignancy receiving immunotherapy. This product offers a total of 4.0 BCOP recertification credits. Clinical Reasoning Series
The 2018 Clinical Reasoning Series in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, It’s Not a Sprint, It’s a Marathon: Keeping Up with Hypertension Management, provides an in-depth analysis of current strategies for the treatment of patients with hypertensive conditions, as well as the implications for pharmacists’ patient care services. The home study edition of this live course offers 6.0 BCACP and BCPS recertification credits. The recertification test deadline is December 31, 2018.
The 2018 Clinical Reasoning Series in Critical Care Pharmacy, The 2018 PADIS Guideline: Boosting Efforts to Reduce Pain, Oversedation, Delirium, Immobility and Disrupted Sleep in the ICU, provides an in-depth analysis of current strategies for managing protocols for mobilization and rehabilitation as well as for promoting quality sleep in the ICU. The content of this session expands on the new 2018 PADIS guidelines and provides practical approaches to guideline implementation. The home study edition of this live course offers 6.0 BCCCP and BCPS recertification credits. The recertification test deadline is December 31, 2018.
