Women’s and Men’s Care, ACSAP 2018 Book 2, presents evidence-based updates on the management of a variety of health issues and conditions commonly seen in patients. Book modules cover treatment guidelines from a variety of organizations and publications, as well as nonpharmacologic remedies.

Sally Rafie, Pharm.D., BCPS, APh, NCMP

The book contains four learning modules with a total available 15.5 continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits. The content of Women’s and Men’s Care was developed under the leadership of Faculty Panel Chair Sally Rafie, Pharm.D., BCPS, APh, NCMP.

The third module focuses on testosterone use in men and women, as well as a chapter on urinary incontinence. The fourth module provides an update on emergency contraception and introduces pharmacists to the topic of reproductive justice and application in clinical pharmacy practice.

Each ACSAP release includes two full-color online formats: (1) interactive PDFs you can save to your desktop or print; and (2) an e-media version you can view on an e-reader, tablet, and iOS or Android smart phone.

ACSAP chapters are fully referenced, with clickable hyperlinks to literature compilers such as PubMed.
