ACSAP 2018 Book 3 (Nephrologic and Geriatric Care) presents evidence-based updates on the management drug therapy in the setting of the older adult and ambulatory care patients with kidney disease. Book modules cover treatment guidelines from a variety of organizations and publications, as well as nonpharmacologic remedies.

Emily R. Hajjar, Pharm.D., MS, BCPS, BCACP, BCGP

The book contains three learning modules with a total available 14.5 continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits. The content of Nephrologic and Geriatric Care was developed under the leadership of Faculty Panel Chair Emily R. Hajjar, Pharm.D., MS, BCPS, BCACP, BCGP.
