  • Describe the basic elements of successful project management.
  • Define the steps for creating an effective project action plan.
  • Outline the skills and actions important for individuals responsible for executing a project’s implementation.

A Nexus of Management and Leadership – Leading Successful Projects is free for ACCP/ESCP International Congress on Clinical Pharmacy full meeting registrants who are currently enrolled in the ACCP Academy. However, participation in the Webinar is limited to 250 registrants, so register now. Registration closes July 28, 2009, 12:00 noon (Eastern Time).

Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $30 will be charged for paid Webinar registrations cancelled before July 21, 2009. Request for cancellation must be sent in writing to ACCP (fax: [913] 492-0088). Registration fees CANNOT be refunded for cancellations received after July 21, 2009.

Technical Requirements
From a technical standpoint, it’s simple! The only requirements are as follows: Broadband Internet access, an Internet browser, Adobe Flash Player (already installed on more than 98% of devices currently connected to the Internet; otherwise, a free download), and speakers or headphones for audio.

The American College of Clinical Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The Universal Activity Number is 217-000-09-159-L04-P (2.0 hours). This activity is a knowledge based activity.
