Beginning in 1996, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and ASHP initiated a joint program for accreditation of Pharmacotherapy Specialty Residencies. Also identified are those fellowship training programs that have sought peer review by the ACCP Fellowship Review Committee and been recognized as meeting the ACCP Guidelines. Individuals seeking a fellowship training program are encouraged to use the enclosed “Guidelines for Clinical Fellowship Training Programs” as one means to compare the research experiences offered by different programs.
