INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS AND PROGRAM DIRECTORS

ACCP’s Professional Placement First provides employers and postgraduate training programs with an affordable, flexible opportunity to hold one on one interviews with candidates.

Virtual interview booths are available on December 4 and 5 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

  • Employers as well as Residency, Fellowship, and Graduate program representatives are invited to participate.
  • Meet one on one with candidates via live video.
  • Take the hassle out of scheduling - enter your available times and candidates book appointments based on availability.
  • Search, identify, and contact candidates of interest, if desired.
  • Register for one or more booth(s) on one or both event dates.
  • Interview candidates for multiple positions (up to 6 per booth).
  • Each registered booth offers up to six interview rooms for simultaneous use during each time slot on your selected date(s) from 9am to 5pm Central time.
  • Annual meeting registration is not required for participation.
  • Branded profile pages can include links to additional information or video content.
  • Candidate registration is free!

You can participate in Professional Placement First in four easy steps:

For organizations that participated in the ACCP Residency and Fellowship Showcase, organizational profiles (linked to lead recruiter login credentials) will be pre-populated for editing.

Each booth registration requires a unique email address and recruiters participating in multiple booths must use a separate email address for each.

Step 1:Register for one or both dates of the event.
Step 2:Watch the event tutorial to walk you through set-up of your institution’s branded profile.
  • You will receive a link to this tutorial via email when your registration is confirmed. Spending time to gain an understanding of the platform functionalities is highly recommended and will allow you to make the most of this event!
  • Add details about your institution, recruiters, and open positions. Set an interview schedule for each recruiter/position (up to 6 per booth).
Step 3:Search for Candidates.
  • Prior to the event, search for candidates using filters based on interest areas, current position, and location.
  • Access candidate profiles, including curriculum vitae.
  • Initiate contact with potential applicants before or after the event.
Step 4:Attend the event!
