The Women’s Health PRN Educational Programming Committee will provide an education session focused on barriers to women’s healthcare during the global COVID-19 pandemic. Specific topics will include 1) Delayed ability to administer the COVID-19 vaccine in pregnant and breastfeeding women; 2) Inability of pharmacists to provide evidence- based recommendations for treatment and prevention of COVID-19 in pregnant and breastfeeding individuals 3) delayed acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine in reproductive aged individuals due to concerns of infertility.
