This session will engage participants in problem-solving conversations on real-time practice implementation challenges presented by session participants. Session facilitators will demonstrate and use the CMM Implementation System when relevant to address participant implementation challenges. This will be an “all teach, all learn” session during which we will use the collective experience and creativity of the participants to identify strategies that address the challenge outlined in a case. The session will be structured around several 15-minute case presentations. Forum participants will have the opportunity to submit a challenge/opportunity in advance. This session is offered as part of the CMM Implementation Academy but attendance is open to anyone registered for the Global Conference.
