The DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis Forest Park is the headquarters hotel for the ACCP Spring Forum. It is conveniently located beside the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy campus (formerly the St. Louis College of Pharmacy), adjacent to the meeting location building, and only one block from the Central West End MetroLink Station. The DoubleTree is offering ACCP meeting attendees discounted room rates ($142.00 king bed/$152.00 two queen beds, plus taxes). To make a reservation within the ACCP discounted room block, click here or call the hotel at (314) 256-7777 and ask for the ACCP Spring Forum discounted room block. The discounted room rate is based on availability and will not be offered after March 30, 2022. Register for the meeting and book your hotel room early!

Parking for the DoubleTree is available in an attached garage at $15.00 per day, subject to change, with unlimited in/out privileges. Please check into the hotel first to receive a parking pass to enter the garage.

ACCP meeting attendees are welcome to park, at no charge, in the Children’s Place Garage (4531 Children’s Place, St. Louis, MO 63110). Attendees will not be reimbursed if they park in another garage/area besides the Children’s Place Garage. Upon entering the garage, push the button and inform them you are there to attend the ACCP Spring Forum, and they will lift the gate.

Light Rail (MetroLink)

The MetroLink is the St. Louis metropolitan region's light rail system and is operated by Metro as part of a fully integrated regional transportation system. The MetroLink has 37 stations and stretches 46 miles. It serves several municipalities in St. Louis County, Missouri, St. Clair and Monroe Counties in Illinois, and the City of St. Louis. Advance fare required.

St. Louis Lambert International Airport MetroLink Stations:

Metrolink Station Terminal 1 is at Exit Door 1, Ticketing Level, east of all ticket counters.
Metrolink Station Terminal 2 is at Exit Door 12, through the parking garage.

The Central West End MetroLink Station is one block from the DoubleTree and on the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy campus.

Transportation Network Companies Lyft and Uber operate at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

Letter of Invitation for International Travelers

To request a letter of invitation for international travel purposes, please send an e-mail to Kristina Mason at [email protected] and include your complete name and address.

Beyond providing a letter of invitation upon request, ACCP is not able to assist international attendees in preparing or submitting applications for travel visas. That is completely the responsibility of the international attendee.

Special Assistance

If you have a disability for which you will require an auxiliary aid or special service while attending the meeting, please contact Gretchen L. Health and Safety

VACCINATION

It is the expectation of ACCP that all attendees and presenters be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending the 2022 ACCP Spring Forum. In order to complete their registration, attendees were asked to attest that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID19 or will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending the event. All ACCP staff in attendance will be fully vaccinated.

MEETING ROOM CAPACITY

ACCP will adhere to the current local, state, federal, CDC, and venue(s) guidelines regarding mask-wearing, social distancing, meeting room capacities, etc. that are required during the 2022 ACCP Spring Forum. Space in any room or at any event during the 2022 ACCP Spring Forum will be on a space available basis and first come first served.

MEETING LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration of American College of Clinical Pharmacy (here after referred to as ACCP) holding its 2022 Spring Forum in a live, in-person format from which I will derive personal and professional satisfaction and benefits, I assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind that I may experience or incur in connection with attending the in-person 2022 ACCP Spring Forum. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless ACCP, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees, of and for any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising out of or relating thereto. I also acknowledge, understand, and assume all responsibility for self-monitoring all medical conditions and surroundings as prescribed by local, state, federal, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (here after referred to as CDC) requirements and guidelines.

Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, I acknowledge that the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by attending the in-person 2022 Spring Forum, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to me. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the in-person 2022 ACCP Spring Forum may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the 2022 ACCP Spring Forum or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have had contact. Accordingly, I understand and agree that this waiver and release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of ACCP, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the in-person 2022 ACCP Spring Forum.

I agree to comply with any and all local, state, federal, or CDC COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by ACCP, or local, state, federal, or CDC and the venue(s) of the in-person 2022 ACCP Spring Forum, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and possible restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all in-person 2022 ACCP Spring Forum attendees.
