This offer is only valid for first-time residents or fellows/graduate students (including previous student members of ACCP renewing as either a resident or a fellow/graduate student member). Applications must be received by December 31, 2016, to receive the discounted membership rate. Applications must include the preceptor/program director’s name and anticipated date of residency/fellowship completion.
