Thanks to all the ACCP PBRN members who joined the study and have been entering their clinical pharmacist intervention data into Discovere. We are well on the way to reaching our target goal. However, we are not there yet, and time is running out to join the MEDAP Study.

Members who are interested in joining the study will need to begin data collection no later than December 17, 2010, to capture the 2 weeks’ worth of interventions you made to detect, prevent, or ameliorate medication errors. The study closeout date is December 31, 2010.
