Earlier this year, the ACCP Political Action Committee (PAC) launched the 2016 ACCP-PAC Practice and Research Network (PRN) Challenge to determine which PRNs provide the greatest PAC support. PRN members who made a PAC contribution online were given an option to designate a PRN to receive credit for their contribution.
This year, the challenge recognized a winner in two categories:

- GI/Liver/Nutrition PRN
- Perioperative Care PRN
- Geriatrics PRN
Total Dollars Raised
- Cardiology PRN
- Ambulatory Care PRN
- Critical Care PRN
The two winning PRNs will receive coveted priority timeslots for PRN business meetings at future ACCP Annual Meetings. Thanks to all PRN members who participated in this year’s challenge and contributed to ACCP-PAC!
Although the PRN Challenge has concluded, ACCP members can still contribute to the PAC. ACCP-PAC is nonpartisan and supports candidates regardless of political party affiliation. ACCP-PAC is member driven, and its strategic policy decisions, including those related to which candidates receive financial contributions from ACCP-PAC, are made by the PAC Governing Council.
