This session will explore leadership styles linked to CliftonStrengths® themes and emotional intelligence competencies. Four “Strengths-Based Leadership Domains” and six unique leadership styles will be described. Participants will explore talents and preferences associated with these styles. Participants are encouraged to complete the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment prior to attending this session (available online).

3. Discuss the most appropriate settings for application of Goleman’s six leadership styles.
