The most effective leaders have a strong sense of self, including personal values and talents, and allow these traits to influence their leadership style. CliftonStrengths® is a powerful tool that supports personal leadership style development and recognition of talents in others. This session will engage participants in exploration of their personal values, CliftonStrengths® profile and the relationship to one’s leadership style.
