ACCP Professional Leadership Development (APLD) Program: Building the Foundation for Leadership

This live component of the APLD program will allow the participants to meet the program director, the other participants, and their mentors. The first presentation of this session uses the participant’s results identified through StrengthsFinder (completed prior to the session) to identify the strengths and talents they bring to the team. The second presentation will provide participants with an overview of the history of clinical pharmacy and ACCP as a professional association. The capstone groups will meet with their advisors for the last 30 minutes of the session.
