Consultancy: Challenges and Successes in Billing, Contracting, and Credentialing

This dynamic session will engage participants in problem-solving conversations on real-time practice challenges presented by attendees.  This is an “all teach all learn” session during which the collective experience and creativity of the participants will be used to identify strategies that address the challenges outlined in several, real-life cases.  For this year's session we are seeking cases related to pharmacists credentialing with health plans.  We will showcase credentialing success stories, describe some credentialing "tips from the trenches," and discuss ideas for overcoming challenges in credentialing that have been submitted by attendees.  This session is open to all and fulfills requirements for enrollees of the CMM Implementation Academy and the Billing and Contracting Academy.
