This session explores the urgent transformation required to adapt to the evolving role of healthcare in community-based pharmacy settings. Participants will learn more about the Academia-Community Transformation (ACT) collaborative, current trends in patient care services in community pharmacy practice, and the imperative to integrate pharmacy practice management elements into pharmacy curricula. Participants will come away from the session with actionable steps they can take to support widespread educational and advocacy efforts to transform community pharmacy practice.
