The ACCP Group Rate will be available through October 2 or until the block is Sold Out. It is recommended that reservations be made early.
Deposit:
A deposit of 1 night’s room rate and taxes is required at the time of booking. See the cancellation policy for additional
details about the deposit.
Early Departure Fee:
Once you’ve checked into the hotel and find you need to check out before the confirmed departure date, for any reason,
the hotel will impose an early departure fee of 1 night’s room rate and taxes.
Cancellation Policy:
There is no penalty for early cancellation before October 2, 2026. If you cancel your reservation before this date, your deposit will be credited back.
If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled after October 2, 2026, the entire deposit will be nonrefundable.

Directions to Hotel:
Driving from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City takes about 9-12 minutes and covers roughly
7-8 miles via I-80 East. Exit the airport and head east on Airport Road/5200 W toward I-80, then merge onto I-80 East toward downtown
Salt Lake City for about 6 miles. Take Exit 121A for 600 South (staying right at the fork), turn left onto 600 South, followed by a
left onto 300 West, then right onto 200 South, and finally right onto West Temple—the hotel is at 170 S West Temple on your left.
Traffic is usually light outside rush hours, with valet or self-park garage options available at the hotel.
