As these new treatments reshape the landscape, healthcare providers must adapt to the changing therapeutic options and navigate the complexities of their implementation, from inpatient settings to ambulatory care. Key challenges include ensuring effective integration of these innovations in disease state management into clinical practice along with implementation of assessing kidney function with adjusting drug dosages across various stages of kidney disease.
