Whether working in a specialized clinic or being part of the multidisciplinary team in a hospital, novel opportunities for pharmacists to improve the quality of care continue to grow. This session will focus on exploring novel and innovative pharmacy practices across multiple settings, allowing pharmacists to continue expanding and growing their role as healthcare providers.
Learning Objectives1. Describe the role of the outpatient pharmacist in menopause and perimenopause care.
2. Review the role of integrative medicine pharmacists.
3. Discuss the role of pharmacists in community-based testand-treat programs.
4. Recognize barriers to implementation of pharmacy services in perimenopause & menopause care, integrative medicine clinics, and communitybased test-and-treat programs.
