Billing/Contracting Consultancy and PRIME tool introduction

This session will begin with an introduction to the PRIME tool - a novel instrument used to project financial sustainability for clinical pharmacy services using fee-for-service billing opportunities.  Dr. Ashley Ellis will lead attendees through a description of the tool and its application.  

Following Dr. Ellis' presentation,  Drs. Sorensen, Hughes, and Wargo will lead attendees in a case-based consultancy workshop. The Consultancy is a unique format, engaging participants in problem-solving conversations on practice implementation challenges. This is an “all teach, all learn” session during which we will use the collective experience and creativity of the participants to identify strategies that address the challenge outlined in a case.

Facilitators will manage the conversation and track time, but all attendees are invited to weigh in with ideas and potential solutions. This is a great opportunity to generate new perspectives and ideas that can assist you in your practice implementation or expansion efforts and to share your experiences and expertise with others. All annual meeting registrants are welcome to attend and participate.
