Stay active during your visit at the Hyatt Regency's sixth-floor fitness center, open 24 hours a day. The fully equipped space features treadmills, elliptical machines, Peloton bikes, weight machines, free weights, and yoga mats; all set behind floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of downtown Salt Lake City. After your workout, unwind at the heated rooftop pool, where you'll find beautiful mountain views as your backdrop. Pool hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Running and walking options abound, such as the flat Jordan River Parkway Trail (accessible via short TRAX ride), Creek Canyon path starting ~0.8 miles north (gentle paved start into foothills), or a quick 20-minute uphill hike to Ensign Peak for panoramic views.
