ACCP Report

ACCP to Offer Regional Board Certification Preparatory Courses in 2018

ACCP will introduce a new educational offering in 2018: regional ACCP Board Certification Preparatory Courses. The preparatory courses will be presented April 21 and 22, 2018, at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy in Pomona, California. The preparatory courses to be delivered will include Ambulatory Care and Pharmacotherapy, as well as two new courses, Cardiology and Infectious Diseases.

ACCP will also offer preparatory courses at Updates in Therapeutics®, February 16–18, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. The regional ACCP Board Certification Preparatory Courses in Pomona are being introduced for the convenience of attendees in California and surrounding states who may be unable to travel across the country to attend Updates in Therapeutics®.

The regional ACCP Board Certification Preparatory Courses will be condensed for presentation over a 2-day period to minimize attendees’ travel time, travel expense, and time away from their professional practices. Attendees will, however, receive the full, 3-day Updates in Therapeutics® course experience. Each attendee will also receive access to supplemental course content delivered online, which will be included in the full registration fee for the regional ACCP Board Certification Preparatory Courses.

Full registration information for the new regional ACCP Board Certification Preparatory Courses will be available in January 2018 at the ACCP website.
