Live round action of ACCP’s national team competition for pharmacy students, the Clinical Pharmacy Challenge, will take place in Seattle, Washington, at the upcoming Global Conference on Clinical Pharmacy. The competition continues to grow, drawing participation this year from 117 institutions representing 48 states and two international institutions.
The 2018 online competition, which concluded September 14, gave eligible teams the opportunity to compete in up to four rounds of competition in which they answered items in three distinct segments:
- Trivia/Lightning
- Clinical Case
- Jeopardy-style
The item content used in each segment is developed and reviewed by an expert panel of clinical pharmacy practitioners and educators.
