The Outstanding Student Chapter Award recognizes the ACCP student chapter that has best exemplified strength in leadership, dedication in patient care, and passion for professional development through its activities and membership. The winning chapter’s activities should address ACCP’s core values of extending the frontiers of clinical pharmacy and promoting dedication to excellence in patient care, research, and education. A key component of ACCP’s core values is the clinical pharmacist’s ability to work collaboratively within the health care environment. Each chapter must demonstrate its ability to work with other health disciplines.
Please join ACCP in congratulating this year’s Outstanding Student Chapter Award–winning institution, Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. The chapter, which was recognized during the 2020 ACCP Annual Meeting Awards and Recognition Ceremony, will receive a commemorative plaque and a $1000 cash award.
