Combining “live” virtual and self-study programming, this practice-based course will offer 22.0 contact hours (2.2 CEUs) over a 3-month period. This ACPE-accredited certificiate program is designed to enable clinical pharmacists to apply pharmacogenomics to practice. Participants will learn foundational content at their convenience using curated materials, guided exercises, and interactive discussion sessions. Live virtual interaction with expert faculty will enhance the learning experience and strengthen participants’ confidence. Online access to selected advanced topics, application exercises, and interactive video chats will facilitate participants’ command of contemporary and evidence-based pharmacogenomics. The program will provide direct interaction with faculty and peers as participants work to develop individual clinical implementation plans.
