Dear ACCP Member,

We are representing a group of ACCP members who are exploring development of a proposal to establish an LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group within ACCP to foster connection, networking, professional development, and community among members with shared experiences and interests. To support a potential Affinity Group application, we would like to better understand the level of interest and gather input on what members would like from a group like this.

If you consider yourself a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, we invite you to complete this brief interest form. Your feedback will help inform whether the group is created, the types of activities it may offer, and how it can best serve ACCP members.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary, and we welcome feedback regardless of whether you are interested in joining the group.
