Do you have a pharmacy billing, reimbursement, contracting, or implementation challenge you’d like help working through? We invite ACCP Annual Meeting attendees to submit a case for discussion during the Billing & Contracting Consultancy Session on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. (MDT) in Salt Lake City.
Submitting a case is easy and does not require a formal presentation. Selected participants will briefly describe their challenge and spend about 15 minutes engaging in a facilitated discussion with colleagues who can offer ideas, insights, and practical strategies. If you’ve ever wished you could bring together a room full of experienced pharmacy leaders, practitioners, and innovators to help think through a problem, this is your opportunity.
Submit your case here.
Simply provide a brief description (≤ 50 words) of your challenge. Cases will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, and submissions are due before September 21, 2026.
Examples of cases received in the past included challenges related to:
- Expanding clinical pharmacist billing opportunities and demonstrating value to payers
- Negotiating or managing payer contracts for pharmacy services
- Implementing reimbursement models for comprehensive medication management or other clinical services
- Measuring and communicating pharmacist impact within value-based care arrangements
- Integrating billing and documentation workflows into electronic health records
- Addressing operational, financial, or regulatory barriers to service reimbursement
The consultancy follows an “all teach, all learn” approach, bringing together attendees to share experiences, discuss real-world challenges, and learn from one another. Whether you submit a case or participate in the discussion, we hope you’ll join this engaging and collaborative session, which always receives rave reviews from attendees.
